Character Questionnaire

You can now dedicate your personalized novel to the lucky recipient, as well as select from a variety of special messages! We personalize our paperback front covers and the first pages of our hard covers and they look absolutely stunning! Just think of your personalized novel on the bookshelf or coffee table with your lovers name highlighted in big bold letters. Additionally, if you choose to have a photo added to the back cover for paperbacks and hardcover editions, the names selected will also be included on the back cover. With eBook editions the names will appear under the photo displayed on the second page of the book.

Our main character is smart, witty and compassionate, but still needs to boost his self-esteem after a relationship goes sour. On a whim, he auditions and wins a spot on the reality TV show TreasureQuest. After arriving on the remote tropical island where the competition takes place, he becomes a viewer favorite because of his straightforward team approach. He initially clashes with a fellow contestant (our second hero), a rabid competitor out for number #1. But sparks fly and the two are drawn to each other, though our main character has trust issues and can't shake his suspicions that the other man is guiding him astray in order to win the grand prize. Is it love, or part of a game?

Throughout the three weeks of the contest, they share a room and provide encouraging and calming support to each other - even though the backstabbing among the other contestants becomes almost unbearable at times. This witty, wily man is a fierce competitor and one of the best bets for winning the contest. Though initially low-key about his background, he eventually shares his history, which reveals some financial problems due to a troubled construction business. His initial game strategy is 'winner take all' and he's willing to manipulate the cameras, the rules, and especially the other contestants in order to take home the $1 million prize. But spending many steamy tropical nights with our main character seems to change his mind... and his heart. Or does it? Who can you trust when deceit and sabotage are all part of the game?
